My 3 boys had a Wonderful stay at Swan Valley Cattery for almost a month, I was particularly worried about my Ginger, as he’s very hard to please. But, they Obviously had a fantastic time, all 3 settled back at home after a Very Short time, and there’s been None of the issues we’ve had when previously boarding them at other places. Would Definitely recommend.

For 7 years my Cat(s) have been staying at Swan Valley Cattery with Caroline and her team. My first cat had a stay for nearly 2 months , after that on a regular basis , I like the fact that my cat had an “run” and was able to catch the sun. My second cat was treated like Royalty as well. Caroline then came to the rescue again , for health reasons I had to find another home for my cat and Caroline found someone to care for him. I have nothing but praise for Swan Valley Cattery, always ready to go the extra mile.

When we arrived at the cattery there was a pack of friendly dogs to greet us and some cats just walking around minding their own business ? there was a sense of calm, so I felt better leaving my cat there for 10 days. My cat came back happy, so I highly recommend this place, and will definitely return.

This place is amazing. Staff were great, really caring, and very in tune with the individual cat experience. This would be a 5, if only covid restrictions would let us settle our boy in ourselves, but fully understand the need for these measures.

Our 12-year-old cat Alley stayed at the Swan Valley Cattery for 10 days in August. We recently adopted her from the RSPCA and as she is quite an anxious cat we were worried she might fret and not settle. Caroline and her professional team quickly gained her trust and when we collected her she was very calm and happy. I was also very impressed with the booking and payment process which was very straightforward and easy to follow. I will definitely book Alley in again when next we go away.

I always feel safe leaving my cats with Swan Valley Cattery. I have been using them now since my 7 year old cats were 6 months old and my girls always come back to me in top condition. Caroline is a prompt and clear communicator and I trust her completely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

My cat has stayed here a few times now, for a night or two at a time, but the most recent stay was for 5 weeks while we were in Europe. I was very concerned about leaving my very quiet, shy cat for so long and chatted to Caroline in the lead up. She was very reassuring at all times and did put my mind at ease. But I still expected Molly to have lost weight or condition during all this time away from her usual pampering as that was my experience in the past with previous pets and other catteries and kennels. I have been delighted in the few days since my return to find that Molly is in great condition and shows all the signs of having been well cared for and not stressed. I’m incredibly grateful for the care she has received and cannot recommend this cattery highly enough. You can be confident you are leaving your pet in good hands.

It’s the 3rd or the 4th time my cat Stella has stayed at Swan Valley Cattery & it won’t be the last. I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else. Caroline the owner is lovely & so are her staff (family) Nothing is too much trouble, my cat has needed medication in the past & they made sure she continued with taking her medication whilst she was staying there. My cat seems very happy when I come to pick her up & she is actually a better cat for staying there. Thank you Caroline & staff for taking good care of my Stella. ❤️

This was a first time for my cats to ever go into a cattery and they came home very happy the communication beforehand was excellent I will defiantly be using this service again. I enjoyed my break even more knowing they were in good care.

My cat had to be housed for three months .. He was looked after patted and interacted with . He’s home now and very pleased to be so. I’m pleased he’s still my cat after such a long stay. Excellent care and all are great cat lovers. I was always pleased to get photos. Which made me miss him less. Highly recommend the service as not only professional but caring for our kids.it

Caroline and staff are real cat lovers and we have no hesitation in leaving our shy cat with them, knowing that all requirements are met and there is still time for cuddles. The premises are clean and air conditioned for the comfort of the cats on holiday there. Highly recommended.

My fur baby Macey stayed at the Swan Valley Cattery for 3-weeks over the Christmas/New Year period. I was quite apprehensive as I have never gone away and left her this long and I worry as my girl can be quite skiddish and anxious. But she has stayed there a few times before and she has always come home a happy and healthy cat, and this time was no different. I do truly highly recommend Swan Valley Cattery

I had my 2 cats stay here while my family and I moved to NZ and sorted ourselves so we could bring our fur babies over. Swan Valley Cattery were absolutely amazing!! They sent us photos, kept in contact with us and helped make the whole process easy for us on getting our cats sorted for their flights. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone & everyone looking for somewhere for there fur babies to stay.. the location is out of the city/town so its nice a peaceful area for the cats.. if we ever end up back in Australia we will definitely be using them again. Our beloved fur babies, Aurora and Alice, were, as usual, well looked after for their longer-than-usual stay. They were very relaxed taking them home in the car and soon got used to being in familiar territory once inside home. Many thanks to all the staff at the cattery for taking such good care of them and for sending the short video, it meant a lot to see them settled and obviously eating as usual! Tony and Brenda Coles

I would highly recommend swan valley Cattery. I have been taking my cat Tinsel for quite a few years now. I am sure she loves going it’s a so relaxing for her. She is 17 years old so it’s important for me to know she is happy. Caroline is such a nice person.

Great service and Rosie cat enjoyed her stay. We needed a cattery to assist with the transition of Rosie from living on a large farm to an inside city living cat. This involved a 6 week stay as we were moving at the time as well. She was really happy to see her little family and has now settled easily into city living.

First stay with Swan Valley Cattery for my cat Mao Mao I was very concerned as my boy has had urinary issues previously. And the last thing i wanted was a vet bill after his stay. I voiced my concerns and Caroline was lovely she emailed me some photos half way thru of his stay. Which gave me so much relief that he settled in and was enjoying his stay. Will definitely use Swan Valley Cattery again in future very happy with the service

My cat Apple had never stayed in a cattery prior. Swan Valley was recommended through Maine Coon owners on Facebook. Being apprehensive initially, I was thrilled with the condition of my cat on our return as I did not know how she would take to it. She was happy and so well, I couldn’t be happier. I would not hesitate using Swan Valley in the future knowing my cat had wonderful care and I had peace of mind that she was being looked after in my absence. Thank you Swan Valley!

We dropped our very skittish Russian Blue off for her first stay at Swan Cattery hoping that she wouldn’t stress out. When we picked her up a week later she was relaxed and on returning home she settled down immediately. I would recommend Swan Cattery and will be using them in the future

Swan Valley Cattery was conveniently located, easy to find and easy to deal with . I am not sure if the cat was happy with his stay but he weighed more than when he dropped off and he has said that he didn’t enjoy his stay! He is now considering a diet…but it probably wont happen.

We have been using Swan Valley Cattery for years & its been fabulous every time! Our cat is a fussy home cat & doesn’t mind it, he gets lots of cuddles and freedom in his section to venture outside! Its a great clean reliable service, kept to cats online in that area, they are located on a farm, so it’s peaceful and quiet and we will be back many times! Thank you!

I really love the Swan Valley Cattery, they’ve looked after our boys twice now and I plan to bring them here every time they need to be looked after, big runs, no fuss, able to give medications. Swan Valley Cattery are amazing, they truly look after your pets, highly recommend.

Gracie stayed with Swan Valley cattery for nearly 3 weeks in February. Caroline and her team took wonderful care of our girl, we received updates throughout Gracie’s stay and when we picked Gracie up she was a happy and content kitty. We highly recommend the Swan Valley cattery for their great service and wonderful facilities and hopefully Gracie will be back soon for another stay.

My baby girl seemed very happy to go back to the Swan Valley Cattery. Just walked in to her area and went to check out the outside, came back to say ‘Good bye I’m OK here. You can go now Mum”. This was good for me because I usually see the anxiety and sadness in her little face. Later I heard that she apparently ventured out to say hello to some other cats. Even stretched out in a full stretch. Nice to know that she can relax and be adventurous.

At first i was worried as the space looked very small however after 3 nights away (first time away from us and cats are 3 & 5 years old) the cats came home very calm and relaxed. All the cats there looked calm and content, I would leave them there again no problem at all.

My Mina stayed at the Cattery for 5days recently. After several not so good experiences with Catteries my girl came home more relaxed than ever before. It is the individual care and attention that makes the difference and a true cat lover. Will use them again

I’ve tried a lot of catteries in Perth and this is the only one where my cats have come back completely relaxed and happy. One time I couldn’t even get one of the cats out of his pen to go home. He obviously preferred his lovely outdoor pen watching the other kitties. Will always use this Cattery whenever I go away.

Every time Simba has been at the cattery he has been very well looked after and even given his medication twice a day. The cattery is well run and the owners are very friendly and obliging. We have never had any troubles with booking Simba in where the owners always reply promptly to my emails. We highly recommend any cat lover to use this cattery.

We decided to take on a ‘rescue cat’, but were worried about how our other cat would adapt. So we booked them both into Swan Valley cattery, and over a week Caroline slowly let them get used to each other and to eventually share a space together. So for us, it was a wonderful experience as it means that the cats are now tolerating each other very nicely! Luckily the ‘rescue cat’ is very friendly with other cats, and Caroline did warn us that there was no guarantee that they would be friendly with each other. It was my first visit to a cattery and I was impressed with how clean it was and how relaxed all the resident cats were!

We always book our cat in here whenever we are away. She is getting older now and has started having some dietry issues but Caroline and her team have been awesome with making sure she is well cared for, and we always get an update on how she went when we pick her up. For years now I have been taking my beloved furbabies to stay at Swan Valley Cattery. I have been more than impressed with both the care of my cats and the service they have provided me. I have always been impressed at the cleanliness of the cattery. This would require substantial work. I recently had to board the recent additions to our family. At bearly one years old I was nervous about leaving them. Caroline couldn’t have been more accommodating and quelled any anxieties. Receiving pictures of my furbabies and an update email while I was away is what separates a good cattery to a great one.

We cannot rate Swan Valley Cattery high enough. We have used this cattery many times and every time we have been very impressed with the setup and how well the owners looked after our cats. The enclosures are spotless and very spacious, with an outdoor section included. Out cats are never stressed going in or out of there. They are always well-fed and watered too. Very reasonable rates. Many thanks to Swan Valley for all the extra effort that goes above and beyond to ensure both the owner and their cats have a good holiday.

I am very fussy when it comes to my animals and who looks after them! We have been taking our two ragdolls too SVC for the last 5 years and I would not have anyone else look after them. They always come back little fatties from their holiday and are always super chatty telling us about their stay. Highly highly recommend!!

What can I say – the team at Swan Valley Cattery LOVE cats and it shows. Our two normally are able to stay at home to reduce stress, but being unable to get someone at a busy time, we tried SW cattery – and the cats loved it, the options of indoor/outdoor, the pets and cuddles from staff – our two have come home happy, stress-free and we will definitely use again. The team were super helpful, even in dealing with last minute changes. Thank you for making our Christmas very relaxed all round

We think that being able to go outside & sit on a chair is so good for her to be in the fresh air, we are most pleased with that aspect.

Caroline’s many years of experience has given her an understanding of each individuals needs and each cat is given special treatment to suit their personality. 31st August 2020- My Coco stayed at Swan Valley Cattery longer than I expected due to waiting on my house settlement. It was reassuring knowing she was been looked after and was nice and safe and fed very well. She is not a cuddley puss but since been home with me she’s quite snuggley now. 6th July 2020 -We had only just arrived in Perth from Albany, and the first place we had booked our cat into was a total disaster so thank goodness we then found the Swan Valley Cattery. From the very first phone call, Caroline was kind and welcoming, and the cattery is sparkling clean with plenty of space for each guest, and an exercise lap for cats who want to stretch their legs. We were more than happy to leave our friend in her care – it’s a fantastic home away from home and Caroline is the best host a cat could wish for. HI, I just wanted to say thanks so much for looking after our two cats. They were really well looked after and seemed very content when they came home. My first impressions of your Cattery were very good. It has a lovely calm feel about it, you and you staff were very caring and understanding. I am already recommending your Cattery to friends. I felt that Tutu was in good hands. Tutu is a timid cat at the best times so thank you for understanding and kindness.

Miti Miti stayed with you for eight days while we relocated from the Blue Mountains to the Swan Valley. This was a very stressful and busy time, and it was a great weight off our minds to know he was safe and cared for with you. Once he was able to come to his new home, he very quickly settled into his new surroundings, due in no small measure to the professional and friendly care and attention he received at the Swan Valley Cattery. I believe this to have been the best cattery he has ever stayed with. Thank you for all that you did, and for helping Miti Miti make the transition with a minimum of worries, and prepare him for his new life in WA. Miti’s parents highly recommend Swan Valley Cattery and will use it again.

I would like to say a massive thank you to yourself and the staff members that looked after Bundy.
Being the first time I have left him for longer than a night was a little scary for me. But when I arrived and seen how wonderful your cattery was I knew he would be looked after.
I picked Bundy up last night and he looked amazing happy and relaxed.
